Cascade Summit Show is dedicated to small brands in the outdoors space with less than $5 million in annual revenue. The purpose of the show is to connect emerging brands with specialty retailers, creating long-lasting relationships that will help brands expand their market reach. With simple décor and layout, the focus of this show is on the brand's product offering and the people helping disrupt the out marketplace
4 Days of Events
The Cascade Summit Show will take place February 2nd-6th, in Portland, OR. The show will feature hundreds of small and emerging brands, connecting them with specialty retailers. Social events for industry, media exposure, and a dedicated Direct to Consumer day on February 6th, to help provide additional exposure and allow exhibitors a chance to sell products if they like, to help recoup some of the costs.
Location
The show will take place in a former manufacturing warehouse in NW Portland that has been remodeled for events and shared workspace. Unlike other outdoor-focused trade shows, our simple setting and aesthetics provided the perfect backdrop for the brands exhibiting. This space also allows us to avoid additional costs typically associated with shows, such as 3rd party exhibitor services and required move-in and move-out services.

We picked February as the show dates so orders could still be placed for summer delivery. Work with specialty retailers to set up predictable POs for the 2026 season, and best of all, you will still have enough time to fulfill them

Brands' only Happy Hour on night zero (2/2/25) provides you with a chance to connect and collaborate with other brands in the industry. This can help foster innovation, future collabs, and increased exposure

We are opening the doors to the public for one day only. Bring inventory and sell to customers in one of the most outdoors-forward cities in the US. This full-day marketplace will allow you to introduce your brand to users, help you move some stock, and create a unique opportunity for brands and consumers alike

Many events aim for summer, when we as an industry are at our busiest; helping customers, fulfilling orders and restocks for retailers, and attending direct-to-consumer events. Having a winter event allows you to use your slow time to get wholesale orders in place and prepare for summer

Outdoor specific media will be onsite covering the show, visiting with the brands to learn about new products, see the latest innovations, and gain general brand awareness to help tell your story
Arrive any time between 9am and 3pm to set up your booth, get familiar with the space, and get ready for a great show. Please allow a few hours to get yourself set up, and we will have staff on hand to help you as needed
Outdoor media outlets will be on site with an exclusive preview to the show to meet with brands, and see the latest offerings being shown
Get ready for a busy week with a relaxed happy hour for presenting brands only.
This is the time to build collaboration, get ideas, or just spend time with friends at an entirely complementary happy hour. Local breweries and others will provide beverages
This is the start of a full day where brands and specialty retailers will connect, discover the newest gear on the marketplace, and place orders
What’s a better way to unwind than to spend some time in a relaxed atmosphere, enjoying a local beverage, and chatting with fellow attendees?
This is an entirely complimentary happy hour for all brands and attendees to relax before heading out for the day. Local breweries and others will provide beverages.
The second day of business-to-business meetings. Connect with additional retailers or brands, focus on closing orders, and be ready to prepare yourself for the summer season
Rest and recover so you are fully rested for a full day of meeting the public.

**Cascade Summit Show is leveling the playing field for smaller brands, allowing everyone an equal footing to present their brand. By capping booth size at 10’ x 20’ we can ensure that one brand's booth does not dominate the floor space causing a distraction from smaller booths.
